Meet the Founder
Daniel Arnold, PMP
President & Principal
Daniel Arnold is a Canadian nuclear project and people leader with extensive experience spanning major nuclear project delivery, reactor decommissioning, environmental remediation, radioactive waste, lifecycle planning and regulated nuclear operations.
His career has progressed from hands-on technical work in high-hazard nuclear environments to leading multidisciplinary teams, complex project portfolios and major contractor and client interfaces. His experience includes leadership roles at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories and major nuclear refurbishment work supporting Framatome's Canadian nuclear projects.
Daniel has managed $100M+ lifecycle project budgets, led organizations involving more than 100 technical and project professionals, and developed project-management systems integrating scope, schedule, cost, risk, resources, governance and execution readiness. His approach combines practical field experience with structured project-management discipline and a strong focus on developing capable people and teams.
Alongside project delivery, Daniel has contributed to the development of the next generation of project professionals through industry mentorship, professional-development initiatives and post-secondary project-management education.
